Quartz heating tubes are a new type of heating element that replaces the previous refrigerator defrosting and deodorizing heating tube.
The encapsulating material in high-purity dehydroxylated quartz glass tubes, with a very small coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent thermal stability, capable of withstanding drastic temperature changes without shattering (the quartz tube can be heated to 1200°C and quickly immersed in water at 20°C without shattering).
Quartz glass is an excellent resistant material to acids (except hydrofluoric acid), 30 times more resistant than acid-resistant ceramics, and 150 times more resistant than stainless steel (nickel-chromium alloy).
The end face of the quartz tube heater can be sealed in silicone rubber cap type or ceramic cap type. The refrigerator usually uses the silicone rubber cap sealed type, which has the advantage of a certain elasticity, easy assembly, and certain anti-shock effect, as well as strong resistance to low temperature and temperature change. The power range is between 100W and 250W. The ceramic cap type has a power range of 250W to 550W, and the highest operating temperature is 800°C.
